In the event of serious and reasonable claims of an institutional nature, the Prelature has an active action protocol that is aimed at promoting healing. They are as follows:

1) The processing of the claims takes place in the country to which the events refer.

2) Where appropriate, the regional vicar sets up a healing and resolution office with competence in these matters.

3) Claims must be addressed to the offices of the regional vicar of the respective circumscription. The coordinator can be reached by email on listening@opusdei.ng
